The power of a LEO can reach nations. We are a highly trusted people with the loyalty to match. Uncle Ben said it best "WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY". I feel that sometimes my greatest strength can also be my greatest flaw.
I have been known to talk too much and sometimes the words I say mean good but they end up hurting people. I am working on becoming a nicer person with the mouth to match but as a LEO I am very DEFENSIVE towards certain people. Like there are a few people that I AM RIDE OR DIE for while others I just well meh.
I know this isn't such a big challenge but being in the different environments I am surrounded by, either I need to ship out or SHUT UP
