Cant Keep Running

I really have to laugh at myself. My blog entries are a mix or being caught up in emotions and a reality check from God. This shows that I am no where perfect but with the help of God I aim to be better than I was the day before. I had a horrible sleep then waking up on and off was not helping either. I just got up and read my devotional and some notes from bible study. Then I laughed because the note read " Run from the environment or RULE IT" . God thank you for everything you are teaching during this fast because it is sticking to me and not in vain. So I will RULE IT because I can't keep running.
